Yes. We work with builders on a regular basis, coordinating our rough-in and fit-off with the construction program and the other trades on site.
Rough-in is the cabling and preparation done while the frame is exposed. Fit-off comes after the walls are finished, when the lights, switches, power points and appliances are installed and connected.
Yes. Allowing for an EV charger circuit or smart-home cabling during construction is much easier than adding it later, and we can build both into your electrical plan.
