As early as possible, ideally while plans are still being finalised. That leaves time to settle switch and power point positions, lighting, appliance circuits and switchboard capacity before the walls are closed up.
Yes. Rewiring is usually simplest while walls and ceilings are open, and we can include it in your renovation electrical work.
